Refund Policy

We provide 100% refunds on surveys purchased prior to any recipients being uploaded to our survey system. Once survey recipients have been uploaded to our survey system no survey refunds will be made including refunds for recipients that didn’t take a survey but were invited to do so.

We also provide 100% refunds on any of our Inner Optimization^SM offerings.
